At Times, Life is Hard
At Times We find life hard! Maybe you’ve been struggling with your mental health for a while or you’ve a situational challenge such as relationship issues or loneliness that has thrown you off balance.
From long standing childhood trauma to current life challenges talking therapy can help guide you through difficult times, it may help you understand unhealthy patterns of relating or simply make sense of the world around you as you verbalise your minds clutter.
Life is hard at times, and feeling not heard or understood can add to your emotional struggles. This is where counselling can offer that unfounded support.

My Story
I am a Fully Qualified Person Centred Counsellor holding a BA (hons) in Humanistic Counselling, and offer one to one support for adults and young people age 16 years and above.
Sessions are either face to face within the Bournemouth and surrounding areas or via an online platform.
I believe in the holistic approach to life and as such offer a much more somatic approach to my work by interweaving the healing power of movement and the outdoor environment for those that want it. This is known as eco-therapy or walk and talk therapy.
